Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand presence and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating content, managing social media platforms, optimizing posts for performance and engagement, and analyzing metrics to improve campaigns. The role will also involve maintaining consistent communication across platforms, collaborating with teams, and staying updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across platforms
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing with a focus on social media trends
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
