Job Title: Social Media Executive (4–6 Years’ Experience)

Job Summary

Dreamer Technoland is seeking for an experienced Social Media Executive to lead day-to-day social media operations, create impactful content strategies, and drive audience engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.)
• Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and online reputation
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (basic to intermediate level)
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in social media management
• Strong content writing and storytelling skills
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Canva, or similar
• Strong planning, multitasking, and communication skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Agency or brand-side experience preferred
