Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, share updates, and ensure smooth communication.
• Develop and implement social media calendars and campaign strategies.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality output.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts (recent graduates with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent content writing and copy editing skills.
• Strong organizational and client communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts at once.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
