About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is creative, analytical, and has a passion for social media trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, engaging with our audience, and driving online brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development:
• Create, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to align with the company’s goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates to keep strategies relevant.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and animations.
• Community Engagement:
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community and influencers.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance.
• Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media ad campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience: 4-6 years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Proven track record of growing online presence and community engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
