Now Hiring: Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday)

Weekends: Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday

US Holidays Observed

About the Role: We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The candidate must have a proven track record of creating engaging content, growing online communities, and driving measurable results through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand voice.

● Manage day-to-day operations across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

● Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging, on-brand content (text, image, and video).

● Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.

● Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.

● Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align strategies and campaigns.

● Analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.

● Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform algorithms.

● Manage paid social media campaigns (optional if applicable).

● Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

● Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.

● Strong understanding of social media analytics, trends, and content strategies.

● Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar platforms.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
