About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team!If you have 4–5 years of social media management experience (preferably in an agency) and a Master’s degree in Marketing or something related, this could be a great fit. You’ll be managing social media accounts, creating awesome content, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance for multiple clients. If you’re passionate about social media and looking for a creative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and post content using tools like Later or Buffer.
• Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging content.
• Analyze trends and insights to improve content strategies.
• Respond to comments and messages in the brand’s voice.
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports for clients.
• Join client meetings to discuss strategies and results.

What You Need:

• 4–5 years of experience in social media management (agency experience is a plus).
• A Master’s degree in Marketing (or something similar).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Experience with content scheduling and managing multiple accounts.
• Great communication skills, both written and visual.
• Experience with paid campaigns and performance tracking.
