Social Media Manager

About Us:

Raipur City Center Mall is one of Raipur’s premier shopping and lifestyle destinations, home to leading fashion, food, and entertainment brands. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, engage audiences, and drive footfall through innovative online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a monthly social media strategy and calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute campaigns for festivals, sales, store openings, and events in coordination with the marketing team
• Manage content creation — including reels, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and video storytelling
• Create and monitor social media ad campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with stores, agencies, photographers, and influencers for campaign execution
• Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, reels formats, and platform algorithms
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality visual content across all digital touchpoints
• Support offline events with live coverage, stories, and post-event highlights

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms, content trends, and influencer marketing
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools
• Excellent communication, creative writing, and planning skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with paid ads, analytics, and reporting tools preferred
