Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for EdTech audiences — driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with product launches and learning initiatives.
  • Identify trends and audience behaviors within the EdTech and construction-learning space.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and academic teams to produce engaging, educational, and visually appealing content.
  • Write impactful copy and scripts for videos, reels, and posts that communicate the brand’s learning-driven mission.
  • Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all platforms.

3. Community Management

  • Build, engage, and nurture online learning communities.
  • Manage interactions across all channels — comments, messages, and community discussions.
  • Partner with educators, creators, and influencers to expand reach.

4. Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor social media performance through analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize content strategy based on engagement data, CTRs, and audience feedback.
  • Track key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, and content reach.

5. Campaigns & Collaborations

  • Plan and execute EdTech-focused campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and paid promotions relevant to the learning and construction sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing social media for an EdTech brand (Mandatory).

  • Deep understanding of the EdTech ecosystem, learner personas, and content styles that perform in this space.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or short-form video editing tools preferred.
