Job Description:

BlackMirror Media seeks a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. If you are passionate about media, storytelling, and digital marketing, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement creative social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc.).

* Curate thumbnail ideas, and schedule and publish the video content produced by our multiple channels promptly.

* Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, text, reels, and stories) tailored to each platform.

* Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to optimize content performance.

* Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.

* Collaborate with the content production team to align social media efforts with ongoing projects and campaigns.

* Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for strategy improvement.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep BlackMirror Media at the forefront of digital marketing.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.

* Exceptional knowledge and experience with YouTube Studio and algorithms.

* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

* Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.

* Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEM Rush, YouTube SEO, etc.).

* Experience in running and optimizing social media ad campaigns.

* Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment with excellent communication skills.

* A passion for media, entertainment, and digital storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the YouTube channels, media, or the entertainment industry.

Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
