Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and camera-friendly Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, manage brand communications, and bring fresh creative energy to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and handle platform communities.
• Conceptualize and be comfortable appearing in on-camera content (reels, videos, brand stories).
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize content for better engagement.
• Collaborate with internal creative, design, and influencer teams to deliver brand-aligned campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for agencies or brands.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort and confidence in appearing on camera for brand content.
• A self-starter with ownership, creativity, and adaptability.
