Job Summary:

Paid Social Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
• Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and budgets to achieve KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, sales, and ROAS.
• Work closely with creative teams to design ad copies, visuals, and videos tailored to each platform.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad formats, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations on bids, targeting, and placements.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
• Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and policies in paid social advertising.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to integrate paid social efforts with overall digital marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce or B2B lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and attribution models.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Meta and LinkedIn certifications are a plus.
