Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with in-depth expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Create and manage multiple ad sets based on audience segmentation, behavior, and interests. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad placements to improve campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; adjust strategies for maximum ROI. Implement conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and custom audience creation using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager. Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy. Stay updated with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrated results. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Pixel tracking, and audience insights. Experience with lead generation funnels and optimizing for CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS. Familiarity with landing page optimization, UTM tagging, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Good communication skills and a data-driven mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional platforms like Google Ads is a plus. Basic knowledge of email marketing and CRM integrations. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and messaging alignment.
