Job Title: Tele Caller cum Admission Counsellor Location: Sodepur, Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Industry: Education / Training / Coaching Institute Experience: 1–3 years Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15000 per month + incentives (negotiable as per experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller cum Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling prospective students and parents regarding our courses, and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries. Counsel students and parents regarding course details, fee structure, and admission procedures. Maintain and update student databases and follow up on leads. Schedule and coordinate admission interviews, demo classes, and campus visits. Meet admission targets set by the management. Provide accurate and complete information about the institute’s offerings. Handle walk-in inquiries and assist during admission-related events or campaigns. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in tele-calling, counselling, or customer service will be an added advantage. Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and Email). Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
