Job Description: Content Writer & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer & Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end content creation and manage the company’s social media presence. The role includes writing engaging content, planning and executing social media strategies, and ensuring brand visibility across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Write compelling content for social media posts, reels, stories, YouTube scripts, blogs, and website pages.

* Develop creative captions, short-form content, and long-form storytelling pieces.

* Research industry trends, topics, and hashtags to create relevant and high-engagement content.

* Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.

* Prepare monthly content calendars with high-quality and timely content delivery.

Social Media Management

* Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).

* Monitor daily posting, audience engagement, comments, and DMs.

* Coordinate with design and video editing teams to develop visual content.

* Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, CTR, and conversions.

* Implement growth strategies, including influencer collaborations, trend-driven content, and ad campaigns.

* Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.

* Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all digital channels.

* Support YouTube content planning, titles, descriptions, and keyword optimization.

* Collaborate on YouTube video scripts and thumbnails to improve click-through rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree

* 2–4 years of experience in content writing and social media management.

* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

* Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.

* Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics).

* Ability to manage multiple platforms and content formats simultaneously.

* Creative thinking, strong communication, and attention to detail.

* Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and script writing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
