Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Execution
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Ideate and coordinate regular photo/video shoots for reels, stories, and grid posts.
• Create engaging, on-brand content that promotes our products, values, and promotions.
• Community Management
• Respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries on all platforms.
• Engage with relevant pages, influencers, and communities to boost brand visibility.
• Performance Tracking
• Monitor and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.).
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Collaboration
• Coordinate with design, kitchen, and operations teams for content requirements.
• Work with influencers, content creators, and partner brands for collaborations.
• Campaigns & Launches
• Support all product launches, outlet openings, or offers with strong digital campaigns.
• Help execute contests, giveaways, and festive promotions to drive engagement.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a consumer brand (preferably food, lifestyle, or wellness)
• Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form video trends (especially Reels)
• Basic knowledge of Canva or any design tools is a plus
• Photography, video editing or content creation skills are a strong bonus
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and an eye for detail
• Passion for healthy food and an understanding of wellness trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
