Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage multiple client accounts and deliver strong results across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. The candidate should be creative, strategic, and capable of leading a design team while coordinating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client social media accounts simultaneously
• Plan, create, and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Develop content strategies to increase Instagram followers, reach, and engagement
• Drive LinkedIn page growth, reach, and professional visibility for clients
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer team and provide:
• Clear content ideas
• Visual direction
• Creative references and briefs
• Ensure high-quality, brand-aligned creatives and content output
• Analyze performance and optimize content for best results
• Conduct and manage client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions
• Maintain timely approvals, reporting, and client communication
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, formats, and algorithms

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies
• Ability to lead and guide a creative/design team
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Knowledge of content planning, analytics, and reporting tools
• Strong creative sense for content and visual storytelling

• Work From Office role (No remote / hybrid)
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
