Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. The role involves managing all company social channels, creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and driving brand growth and engagement across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive activity.
  • Plan monthly content calendars across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube).

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging, brand-consistent content including graphics, videos, and copy.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality posts.
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand storytelling.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging platforms.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions, responding promptly.
  • Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and industry communities.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader campaigns.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and visual identity.

KPIs for Success

  • Growth in followers and engagement rates.
  • Improvement in click-through rates and conversions from social media.
  • Positive sentiment and increased brand awareness.
  • On-time delivery of content calendar and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
