Social Media Management Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Management Executive to join our

marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social

media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement in a timely

manner.

• Assist in developing social media strategies and campaigns that align with brand goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content and strategy.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and emerging tools or platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Support with influencer outreach and collaborations.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
