Overview:

As a Social Media Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of the company/clients in the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency space. This role requires a creative, strategic, and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of social media trends, community engagement, and digital marketing best practices. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and influencers to create compelling content, build engaged communities, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee social media accounts across multiple platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and goals.
2. Develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences. Create, curate, and schedule posts aligned with current Web3 and blockchain trends.
3. Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, participate in discussions, and grow communities on key platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
4. Research and analyze industry trends, news, and emerging Web3 topics to keep content relevant and timely. Provide insights on social media performance, community growth, and engagement.
5. Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, brand voice, and goals, using this knowledge to develop tailored social media strategies.
6. Partner with copywriters, designers, and motion graphic artists to produce engaging content, including copy, visuals, and explainer videos.
7. Use analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance, optimize strategies, and provide regular reports to clients and management.
8. Develop creative campaigns to drive brand awareness, foster community growth, and establish a positive online presence.

Required Qualifications:

1. 3+ years in social media management, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
2. Ability to craft compelling and engaging social media copy for various platforms, with attention to tone, voice, and brand positioning.
3. Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem, with the ability to create content tailored to this audience.
4. Innovative approach to developing and executing strategies across social media platforms, with a strong grasp of best practices.
5. Proven track record of growing and nurturing online communities.
6. Proficiency in analytics tools to measure performance, adjust strategies, and understand social media metrics and KPIs.
7. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and client-facing teams.
8. Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
9. Ability to pivot strategies quickly based on market trends and client needs, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
