Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the CEO/COO and supporting day-to-day operational management across teams.
• Acting as the go-to person for project coordination, daily administration, hiring support, and operational decision-making.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution of tasks.
• Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and preparation for key meetings and scheduled events.
• Taking proactive ownership of ad-hoc operational requests to allow the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities.
• Overseeing client and publisher partnerships onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into Koinpr’s systems.
• Monitoring ongoing projects, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring deliverables are completed with high quality and within timelines.
• Building processes and frameworks that improve efficiency, clarity, and accountability within teams.

You'll be a good fit if

• You have at least 2 years of experience in operations, business management, or project coordination roles.
• You have strong decision-making abilities and are confident taking ownership of operational tasks.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and skilled at multitasking in a dynamic startup environment.
• You have excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• You are outstanding in verbal and written communications, and can interact professionally with clients, partners, and executives.
• You are flexible, mobile, and available to travel when necessary.
• You have a solution-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve them independently.
• Experience in fast-growing startups or Web3/crypto-related fields is a plus.
