Experience: 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content, campaigns, and visuals that align with brand goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to plan and execute effective campaigns.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in digital marketing or branding for IT/eCommerce companies.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with SEO and paid advertising strategies.
