Social Media Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our brands digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to grow our audience, drive engagement, and strengthen our digital footprint — including overseeing the company website and managing paid marketing campaigns.

The role also requires working knowledge of AI-powered marketing and content tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and followers across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).

Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.

Oversee the company website — ensuring regular updates, SEO optimization, and alignment with ongoing campaigns.

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Notion AI, Lumen5, etc.) for content creation, caption writing, analysis, and automation.

Analyze metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and sales) to maintain brand consistency.

Stay updated with digital trends, social algorithms, and emerging technologies.

Maintain diligence, creativity, and focus to achieve growth targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of all major social platforms and algorithms.

Hands-on experience with paid ads and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and automation.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
