About The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing web and digital marketing agency operating in the Digital Marketing & Advertising sector, delivering performance-driven social and content campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. Our teams build creative, ROI-focused social experiences across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and short-form video channels—driving brand awareness, leads, and measurable engagement.

Primary Job Title:

Social Media Executive | Workplace: On-site — IndiaRole & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media calendars and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and short-form video platforms to meet KPIs (engagement, reach, lead generation).
  • Create, edit and publish engaging copy, visuals and short videos (Reels/Stories/Shorts) optimized for platform-specific best practices.
  • Manage daily community interactions—respond to comments/messages, moderate conversations and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Track and report performance with weekly/monthly dashboards using platform insights and analytics tools; recommend optimizations to improve ROI and engagement.
  • Support paid social campaigns by coordinating creative assets and performance feedback with the media-buying team.
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends and viral formats; propose experiments to grow organic reach and follower acquisition.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
    • 1–3 years proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
    • Strong written communication and content creation skills; ability to write platform-tailored copy and hooks.
    • Hands-on with Canva or equivalent design tools and basic short-form video editing (mobile-first workflows).
  • Preferred
    • Experience with social scheduling/management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
    • Basic understanding of social analytics and reporting (engagement rate, CTR, reach, impressions) and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Exposure to supporting paid social campaigns (asset coordination, A/B testing insights) and basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
