The Role:

We are a dynamic and growing agency specializing in web development. We manage social media for a variety of clients, helping them to enhance their online presence, engage with their audience, and achieve their marketing goals. We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join our team and take charge of both our agency's social media and our clients' social media accounts.

Experience- 06 months- 1year

Location- Lucknow (on-site)

Qualification- MBA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for the agency and its clients
• Create engaging content tailored to the needs and interests of the target audience
• Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media activities and campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 06 months to 1 year of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and data
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
