executing marketing strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across

Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc

• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to boost brand

awareness and engagement.

• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize

performance.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns and track ROI using analytics tools.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster relationships with

followers.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to e

branding.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best

practices.

• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations

for improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads,

etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
