Job Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
2. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to boost brand awareness and engagement.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize performance.
4. Manage social media advertising campaigns and track ROI using analytics tools.
5. Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster relationships with followers.
6. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to e branding.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
8. Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills

1. Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
4. Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
