Job Description

Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive website traffic and conversions. This role involves content creation, community management, and data analysis to optimize social media performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, You tube , and others relevant to the brand.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable content including text, images, videos, and stories that align with brand voice and goals.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Build and maintain an active online community by fostering relationships and encouraging engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply insights to improve content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Handle crisis management and online reputation monitoring on social platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media channels, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
