Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and platform-savvy Social Media Executive to help grow and manage the social presence of SIDDHARTH BHANUSHALI ADVISORY PVT. LTD. across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn.

If you're someone who understands audience engagement, content planning, and analytics, and you're passionate about using social media to drive real impact in the education space, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

. Content Planning & Publishing

 Build and maintain monthly content calendars in line with campaigns and marketing goals.

 Collaborate with the team of designers, video editors, and copywriters to develop content for posts, stories, reels, and shorts.

 Schedule and post content daily across Instagram, YouTube Community, Facebook and LinkedIn.

 Write compelling captions and CTAs that align with the brand tone and campaign objectives.

Community Engagement & Management

 Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and messages across platforms promptly.

 Manage Telegram groups and WhatsApp broadcast lists used for community communication.

 Share user engagement trends and insights with the content and sales teams.

3. Growth Optimization & Analytics

 Track metrics such as reach, impressions, saves, shares, and engagement rate.

 Conduct A/B testing on content types, posting times, and caption styles to improve performance.

 Coordinate with the performance marketing team for content boosting and audience targeting.

4. Collaboration & Trend Monitoring

 Work with marketing and content teams to align posts with ongoing funnels, testimonials, and launches.  Collaborate with internal educators to source real-time content, quotes, and stories.

 Stay updated on the latest content trends, meme culture, and platform algorithm changes. Minimum

Qualifications

 1-2 years of experience in managing social media handles, preferably in EdTech or financial education sectors.

 Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

 Strong command of Instagram, YouTube, and their algorithms.

 Familiarity with social scheduling tools and basic design/video tools.

 Effective written and verbal communication in English and Hindi. Preferred Skills

 Experience managing or assisting in YouTube Lives or webinars.

 Knowledge of hashtags, SEO for social content, and lead capture via CTAs.

 Interest in or familiarity with stock market/finance-related content.

Work Location

This is a Work from Office role based in Dombivli, Maharashtra.
