Job Description:

Run and optimize lead generation and awareness campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google (Search/Display/YouTube)

Track CPL, CTR, ROAS, and improve funnel performance

Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages

Set up audience targeting, tracking (Pixel, GA4, UTMs)

Collaborate with creatives and sales team for high-converting assets and leads

Deliver weekly performance reports and insights

Key Responsibilities:

•   Research, write, edit, and proofread content across different platforms.

•   Develop content that is clear, compelling, and adheres to brand guidelines.

•   Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content that drives engagement and supports marketing initiatives.

•   Optimize content for SEO and ensure it meets industry standards.

•   Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation efforts.

Requirements:

Strong grasp on funnels, remarketing, buyer psychology

4-7 years running paid ads on *Meta & Google

Hands-on with Lead Generation, Awareness campaign ,Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4

Prior coaching/ed-tech experience is a plus

Copy-savvy, results-driven, and analytical
