Shaapa Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing e-commerce company committed to delivering innovative products and seamless shopping experiences. We are expanding our digital footprint and looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to help elevate our brand presence across platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts to promote the brand and products.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, giveaways, and promotions.
• Manage paid ad campaigns on social platforms (optional, depending on experience).

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, InShot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and paid ads.
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Video editing/reel-making skills.
