Job Summary
Decorpot Select is Decorpots curated furniture brand focused on modern, warm, and well-edited pieces for real homes. We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Manager who can ideate, shoot, edit, and manage content end-to-end.This role is not about loud advertising. It is about taste, storytelling, and creating content that makes people stop scrolling, save, and share.
Key Responsibilities
Idea and create daily social media content (Reels, Stories, Posts, Trends)
Shoot content independently using a smartphone or basic camera setup
Edit content quickly using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
Manage Decorpot Select’s social media handles end-to-end
Plan and execute content in collaboration with the creative team
Publish, monitor, and respond to engagement (comments & DMs)
Maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity for the brand
Track performance, analyse results, and optimise content strategy
Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
Prior experience with a creative or social media agency is preferred
Strong hands-on experience in shooting and editing content
Good eye for interiors, furniture, lifestyle, or design aesthetics
Comfortable working independently and moving fast
Proactive, scrappy, and execution-focused mindset
Trend-aware but able to adapt trends thoughtfully to the brand
