Job Description

Big Boy Toyz is looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage, grow, and support our digital presence. The role involves hands-on involvement in content creation, video coordination, and daily platform management while maintaining a premium brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily social media operations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Assist in content creation including captions, creatives, reels, and short-form videos
  • Support video shoots, coordination, and basic editing where required
  • Publish, schedule, and optimize posts as per content calendar
  • Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams
  • Track content performance and prepare reports and insights

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of content formats, reels, and video-driven platforms
  • Good written communication and creative storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, brand-led environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • On-ground shoot coordination and influencer collaboration experience
