Social media executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 1-2 year of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content calendars, running paid and organic campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms.

Salary Pay - 20k to 25k

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage effective social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Create and maintain a detailed content calendar for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and build community across platforms.
• Handle client communication, understand their needs, and provide regular updates and strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform best practices.
• Experience in creating and managing content calendars.
• Knowledge of running and optimizing social media campaigns (paid & organic).
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve performance.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in working in an agency environment.
