Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Strategy

  • Plan, create, and manage SEO-optimised and audience-driven content across social media platforms, blogs, websites, and landing pages.
  • Develop creative campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and organic reach.
  • Tailor tone, voice, and content style for different industries and brand personalities.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce visually compelling and performance-based content.

SEO Management

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO optimisation.
  • Enhance social media SEO visibility through keyword-integrated captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
  • Monitor and improve SERP rankings, CTRs, and keyword performance across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and execute link-building and content optimization strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media insights.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on ROI and lead generation from both organic and social channels.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and client teams to align social and SEO strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated with social media and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and support process improvements for content and SEO efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and SEO.
  • Proven track record in growing engagement, follower base, and organic visibility.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines efficiently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience handling brands in fintech, fashion, NGO, or alcobev sectors.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, CMS tools, or basic HTML/CSS.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and paid campaign coordination.
