Social / Digital Media Executive
Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Management (Meta & Google Ads): o Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to achieve specific marketing objectives (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, website traffic, conversions). o Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. o Develop compelling ad copy and visual/video creatives in collaboration with design teams. o Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS), and implement A/B tests to continuously improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness. o Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI. o Stay updated with the latest platform changes, ad formats, and best practices on Meta and Google. Email Marketing: o Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and automated flows. o Segment email lists to deliver targeted and personalized content. o Write engaging and persuasive email copy with strong calls to action. o Design visually appealing email templates (or work with designers). o Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize for better engagement and results. o Ensure email deliverability and adherence to email marketing best practices and regulations. • WhatsApp Marketing: o Develop and implement strategic WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and promotions. o Create compelling and concise WhatsApp messages, including rich media (images, videos, documents). o Manage WhatsApp broadcast lists and groups effectively. o Monitor WhatsApp campaign performance and optimize strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics. o Adhere to WhatsApp Business API guidelines and best practices. • Leads Generation: o Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies, with a strong emphasis on paid media (Meta & Google Ads), email, and WhatsApp. o Identify and qualify potential leads through various digital channels. o Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and seamless handoff. o Track and report on lead generation metrics, focusing on quantity, quality, and conversion rates. • Analytics & Reporting: o Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. o Provide regular, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders for campaign optimization and strategic adjustments. o Develop comprehensive reports showcasing campaign ROI and impact on business objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. • 2-5 years of proven hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, specifically with Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Demonstrable experience in Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing, including campaign execution and performance analysis. • Strong understanding of lead generation methodologies and proven ability to generate qualified leads. • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Platform, Google Analytics. • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, ActiveCampaign).
