Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and results-oriented Social Media Executive to lead our social media and paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, executing effective Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, and driving overall digital media activity to achieve client objectives and Netchqs' growth goals.

As a Social Media Executive at Netchqs Solutions, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling digital narratives, optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI, and generating high-quality leads for our e-commerce account management services and our clients' products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Netchqs' and client business objectives.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others relevant to the target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to enhance strategies.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads):
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) with a strong focus on lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and performance across all campaigns.
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to expand reach and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:
  • Design and implement lead generation funnels through social media and paid ads, utilizing lead forms, landing pages, and compelling offers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and provide insights for lead nurturing.
  • Track and analyze lead quality and conversion rates from various digital channels.
  • Content Creation & Curation:
  • Work closely with the Graphics Designer to conceptualize and create engaging visual content (images, videos, infographics) for social media and ad campaigns.
  • Develop compelling ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action that resonate with target audiences.
  • Curate relevant industry news and insights to share with the audience, positioning Netchqs as a thought leader.
  • Digital Media Activity & Analytics:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and paid advertising performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Executive, and other platform-specific insights.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategy refinement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and advertising best practices.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce executives, sales teams, and graphic designers to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external partners or influencers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • [Specify number, e.g., 3-5] years of hands-on, proven experience in social media management and paid digital advertising.

Skills & Experience:

  • Mandatory Hands-on Experience:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Utilizing social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with Lead Generation strategies and funnels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Executive, LinkedIn Campaign Executive, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles for content visibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is essential; proficiency in regional Indian languages is a plus).
  • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of visual aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving marketing KPIs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
