Location: Mumbai Onsite Experience: 6months - 2 years Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across multiple ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, handle listings, optimize sales performance, coordinate with internal teams, and support day-to-day ecommerce operations. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end operations for Amazon & Flipkart. Ensure timely updates of product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing. Monitor account health, penalties, and performance metrics. Manage and update the Shopify store, including adding new products, banners, offers, etc. Run promotions, manage inventory, and ensure product availability. Analyze sales trends, product performance, and marketing campaign data. Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, inventory status, and competition pricing. Provide recommendations for SKU movement, demand planning, and pricing strategies. Experience with ecommerce tools like Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar OMS. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace operations. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify backend. Strong knowledge of ecommerce workflows, product listing standards, and policies. Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and sales analytics. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Job Title: Offline Sales Field Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Kalyan - Mumbai Employment Type : Full-time / On-field Job Summary: The Offline Sales Field Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving business growth through direct field visits. This role involves identifying potential clients such as retail stores, commercial spaces, architects, and interior designers, understanding their needs, presenting the company’s products/services, and building strong business relationships to boost offline sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Business Development Identify and visit potential customers including retail outlets, offices, showrooms, commercial spaces, and interior designers. Generate new business leads through cold visits, referrals, and local market research. Pitch company products/services effectively to prospects and explain key benefits. Maintain and update a database of all leads, visits, and follow-ups. 2. Market Research & Intelligence Conduct surveys and gather insights on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Identify emerging opportunities in the assigned territory. 3. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and dealers. Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term business partnerships. 4. Sales Coordination Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and order processing. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. Participate in exhibitions, events, and local promotions to enhance brand visibility. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily visit reports, lead status updates, and performance metrics. Provide regular feedback and reports to the Area Sales Manager / Sales Head. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or direct marketing (experience in building materials, interiors, or similar industries preferred).
