Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals and industries.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts across:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• X (formerly Twitter)
• LinkedIn
• Google My Business
• Local Listing Sites (Just Dial, Yelp, Sulekha, etc.)
• Quora, Reddit, and other relevant discussion/community platforms.
• Build monthly content calendars and work closely with the content and design teams to produce engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
• Monitor trends and conversations across platforms to keep clients relevant and proactive.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Regularly analyze, report, and optimize performance using platform analytics and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Manage client communication and expectations, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
• Support in developing new processes and tools to scale social media capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of social media marketing experience, with agency experience being mandatory.
• Proven experience managing multiple platforms, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, GMB, Quora, Reddit, and local listing platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking and content planning skills.
• Solid understanding of community management, engagement tactics, and brand voice development.
• Experience with social media analytics, reporting tools, and ad managers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Creative, adaptive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for digital marketing and keeping up with emerging trends.

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop) for quick-turnaround posts.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or SocialPilot.

Previous experience in fintech, NGO, or alcobev brands is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
