Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & ManagementStrategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies on Facebook and Instagram aligned with overall business goals.
Campaign Setup: Configure, launch, and manage various ad campaigns (e.g., Conversions, Traffic, Lead Generation, Brand Awareness) using Meta Ads Manager.
Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth audience research and develop highly effective targeting strategies, utilizing Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and detailed demographic/interest targeting.
Budget Management: Monitor, control, and allocate ad budgets efficiently across campaigns and ad sets to maximize performance and ROI.
2. Ad Creative & ContentA/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on creatives (images, videos), ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action to continuously improve performance.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to brief and produce compelling, platform-specific ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and drive high engagement/conversion rates.
Ad Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and persuasive ad copy that captures attention and motivates the target audience to act.
3. Performance Analysis & ReportingData Analysis: Proactively monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Optimization: Identify underperforming campaigns or ad sets and implement immediate, data-driven optimizations to improve results.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
4. Platform Expertise & ComplianceStay Current: Remain up-to-date with the latest Meta platform changes, advertising features, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all advertising content and targeting adheres strictly to Meta's advertising policies and guidelines.
Tracking & Pixel: Manage the setup and verification of the Meta Pixel and other tracking tools (e.g., Conversion API) to ensure accurate campaign measurement and attribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing high-performing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for a business or agency.
Meta Ads Manager Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager platform and its full capabilities.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, interpret, and present data and insights from advertising platforms and tools like Google Analytics.
Creative & Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging ad copy, coupled with a creative eye for compelling ad visuals.
Problem-Solving: Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or policy issues.
Soft Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
