Kedar Beyond Creation



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging and original content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) aligned with brand voice and goals
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize campaigns
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on social media performance


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in social media management (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns is a plus
