Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will manage Gintaa's day-to-day presence across social media platforms, create engaging content, drive conversations, and execute campaigns that boost brand visibility, engagement, and community loyalty. You will work closely with design, marketing and operations teams to build strong communication and a relatable digital identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, curate and publish engaging content (static posts, reels, stories, videos, memes, UGC).
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, platform best practices and campaign objectives.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with design and copywriting teams.
  • Help build and maintain Gintaa's unique voice and personality across social platforms.

Social Media Operations

  • Manage daily postings and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize based on reach, engagement and retention metrics.
  • Stay updated with trending formats, audio, memes and platform updates.

Community & ORM Management

  • Actively engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, reviews, and messages.
  • Manage online reputation; respond to customer queries in collaboration with support teams.
  • Build a strong online community with consistent two-way communication.

Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns around product launches, festivals, offers, and city-level events.
  • Coordinate with influencers/creators when required for collaborations.
  • Support performance and brand teams with creative ideas and insights.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track platform analytics (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, others).
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to refine strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in consumer-internet, food delivery, F&B, or fast-paced brand environments.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to create basic content (reels, phone-shot videos, trending formats).
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for catchy captions and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, basic analytics dashboards.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to handle end-to-end execution.
