Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our brands online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Develop and implement creative content strategies aligned with brand goals Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos in collaboration with the design team Monitor and respond to audience interactions and messages Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report insights regularly Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaign integrations Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field 1-3 years of experience in managing professional social media accounts Strong command over social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, etc.) Excellent communication skills (English and Tamil preferred) Creative mindset with a good sense of visual storytelling Preferred Skills: Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) Experience with paid promotions and influencer collaboration Ability to shoot and edit basic social media videos is a plus
