Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive

  social media strategy

  for the company.
• Create and manage

  daily content

  (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics) across

  Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  .
• Plan and execute

  paid ad campaigns

  (Meta & LinkedIn) — including setup, audience targeting, tracking, and optimization.
• Maintain a consistent

  brand tone and visual identity

  across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging visuals and copy.

• Analyze performance metrics

  , generate monthly reports, and derive insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest

  social media trends, algorithms, and tools

  .
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build a genuine

  online community

  .
• Strategize and execute

  growth campaigns

  to boost followers, engagement, and visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum

  1.5 years of hands-on experience

  managing brand social media accounts.
• Strong command over

  Meta Business Suite

  and

  LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  .
• Excellent creative sense and ability to ideate

  fresh, platform-specific content

  .
• Knowledge of

  Canva, Photoshop

  , or similar design tools for basic creatives.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into

  actionable growth strategies

  .
• Exceptional

  written and verbal communication

  skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple platforms independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling

  brand accounts or agency-level social media management

• Familiarity with

  video editing tools

  (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Understanding of

  influencer outreach
