Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Designer with 2 years of experience to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in designing landing pages, business websites, and intuitive user interfaces. Proficiency in modern design tools and AI-based platforms is essential. You will play a key role in designing conversion-focused, SEO-optimized, and user-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive business and marketing websites with SEO considerations
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, and Canva
• Utilize AI-driven design platforms (Figma AI, Framer AI, Uizard, Galileo AI) to boost productivity
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces and user flows
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Conduct UX research and incorporate insights into design improvements
• Maintain and scale design systems aligned with brand identity
• Apply strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color theory, and interaction design
• Optimize landing pages and interfaces for performance, accessibility, and conversion

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proficient in Figma, Framer, Canva, and prototyping tools
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design
• Strong exposure to AI tools in design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, Framer AI, Uizard)
• Experience conducting user research and applying UX best practices
• Understanding of design systems, CRM workflows, and scalable components
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related fields
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and SEO-driven design
• Background in SaaS or product design is a plus
