Role Overview: Cheenta Academy for Olympiad & Research in Kolkata has been offering advanced mathematical science programs, Olympiad training, and research projects since 2010. The academy has a distinguished faculty team comprising ex-Olympians and accomplished researchers from top universities worldwide. Various programs are conducted online, such as Thousand Flowers (Pre-Olympiad) for kids, Math Olympiad Program (for Junior school), I.S.I. & C.M.I. Entrance Program (for Senior school), College and Advanced Mathematics Program, Physics Olympiad Program, and Informatics Olympiad Program. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze user needs - Develop wireframes and prototypes for online platforms - Conduct user research and gather feedback for design refinement - Utilize design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma - Apply user-centered design principles and industry best practices - Conduct usability testing and ensure responsive design principles are incorporated - Demonstrate effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Work independently and meet project deadlines consistently Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and industry best practices - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing - Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile app design is advantageous - Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset - Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines - Prior experience in the education or e-learning sector would be beneficial Additional Company Details: The salary for this position at Cheenta Academy ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on the candidate's skill set. The working hours are scheduled from 10:30 AM IST to 7:30 PM IST with one day off every week, along with an additional week-off at the company's discretion.,
