About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media Executive to manage

and grow our online presence across platforms in the Web3, Metaverse, Gaming,

and Blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging

technologies, digital communities, and storytelling, with a strong understanding of

crypto culture, DeFi trends, NFTs, and gaming communities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness,

engagement, and community growth across platforms such as X (Twitter),

Discord, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.

 Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and informative content

— including posts, videos, memes, infographics, and live sessions — relevant

to Web3, NFTs, and gaming audiences.

 Collaborate with marketing, design, and community teams to ensure brand

consistency and alignment with campaigns, product launches, and events.

 Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and conversations within the

blockchain and gaming ecosystems to identify new opportunities for

engagement.

 Engage actively with the community: respond to comments, answer DMs, and

build meaningful relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.

 Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics to optimize

strategy and content performance.

 Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and AMAs within the

Web3/gaming space.

 Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging tools, and competitor

activity.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or

equivalent experience).

 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within Web3,

crypto, metaverse, or gaming.

 Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, NFTs, tokens, DeFi, and

the broader Web3 ecosystem.

 Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout

Social, Notion, or similar).

 Excellent writing and storytelling skills; ability to create compelling and on-

brand content.

 Experience managing Discord and Telegram communities is a strong plus.

 Creative mindset with an analytical approach — comfortable interpreting

engagement and performance data.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
