Job Title: Graphic Designer – Web3, Block chain, Metaverse & Gaming Role Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a passion for Web3 technologies, block chain, Metaverse environments, and gaming aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and user interface elements tailored for decentralized platforms and virtual worlds. Key Responsibilities  Visual Identity Development: Craft and maintain cohesive visual identities for our Web3 projects, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.  Design Creation: Produce high-quality graphics, including logos, icons, banners, and promotional materials for websites, social media, and in-game assets.  Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop engaging 2D and 3D animations to enhance user experience and storytelling within the metaverse and gaming contexts.  UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps), NFT platforms, and virtual environments.  Branding for Digital Assets: Design branding elements for NFTs, virtual goods, and in- game items, aligning with the project's ethos and target audience.  Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling visuals for campaigns, whitepapers, pitch decks, and investor presentations.  Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends in the Web3, blockchain, and gaming industries to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant. Required Skills & Qualifications  Experience: Minimum of 2-3 year in graphic design, with a focus on digital and interactive media.  Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and motion graphics tools like After Effects.  3D Design Skills: Experience with 3D modeling and animation using tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.  Web3 Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain concepts, NFTs, and decentralized applications.  Gaming Aesthetics: Familiarity with game design principles and virtual world environments.  Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and creativity in digital platforms.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
