Job Title: Social Media Executive (Content + Ads + Performance) Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (next to Oberoi School) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) Work Timings: Monday to Friday (Full day), Saturday (Half day) Joining: Immediate preferred Type: Full-time, On-site About The Brownbook Studios Where Strategy Powers Creativity The Brownbook Studios is a 360° creative and digital agency. About the RoleWe’re looking for a smart, hands-on Social Media Executive who can manage multiple brands, create content, run ads, coordinate with clients, and track performance. This role requires someone fast, organised, creative, and performance-driven. Key Responsibilities Content & Creative ExecutionCreate posts, reels, story ideas, scripts, captions, and monthly content calendars Work closely with designers and video editors for creatives Stay updated with trending reels, audio tracks, formats, and content styles Ads & PerformanceExecute Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook) Run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads when required Track and analyse performance: reach, engagement, followers, leads, conversions Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Coordination & CommunicationManage comments, DMs, and basic community engagement Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and content clarity Ensure timely posting and smooth workflow with internal teams Required Skills Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Ability to write clean, engaging captions and scripts Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads Creative thinker with execution speed Good communication and coordination skills Understanding of analytics and performance tracking Experience1–3 years of social media/content/ads experience preferred Freshers with strong skills and portfolios can also apply To Apply, please share your portfolio or sample work (posts, reels, ads you’ve run).
