Position: Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads) Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Company: Brownbook Studio Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depends on qualification ) Immediate joiners preferred Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full day), Saturday (Half day) Job Overview: Brownbook Studio is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive lead generation and strategically plan growth through high-performing ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) Generate leads and deliver measurable results across client accounts Strategically plan and scale growth through data-driven campaigns Track ROI, CPL, conversions, and implement ongoing optimizations Troubleshoot ad issues, manage budgets, and report on performance Coordinate with social media and creative teams for aligned messaging Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Strong grip on performance metrics, analytics, and audience targeting Ability to think strategically and scale campaigns for client growth Familiarity with GA4 and campaign reporting tools
