Social Media Executive

Strategy Development:

Design and implement comprehensive social media and content strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Analyze market trends and audience preferences to create tailored campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for social media, blogs, website, and other channels.

Oversee content schedules, ensuring timely delivery of content across platforms.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of content writers and social media specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.

Social Media Management:

Oversee the growth and engagement of all social media accounts.

Plan and execute creative campaigns to increase followers and interactions.

Performance Analysis:

Use analytics tools to measure content performance and social media metrics.

Prepare reports and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to align content and campaigns with broader marketing goals.

Collaborate with external vendors and influencers for brand promotions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience of at least 1years in content creation, social media management, and digital strategy.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Expertise in using social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in medical or educational content creation.

Multilingual proficiency (English and regional languages).
